HUT DETAILS

​

Access to the hut is via our combination padlock - the combination will be sent to you on payment.

 

• The hut is situated on the North side of the pier - 2nd hut, next to the pier. The nearest postcode is Southwold Pier - IP18 6BN – the hut is the 2nd on the left next to the pier

 

• Address: 75F, Summerlea, North Parade, Southwold, IP18 6BN

 

• The water tap is beside hut 66, on the back wall - please ask a local if you can't find it.

 

• The toilets are in the block behind the hut and there are toilets within the pier also

 

• Please remove and take all your waste home with you - anything left in the hut will be disposed of

 

• The car park is behind the hut & there are a few payment options. You can park in Southwold where there are no restrictions. There will always be spaces if you are willing to drive around and walk back to the hut

 

• There are lots of pubs, café’s, etc. in Southwold to eat and most offer takeaways

 

• To turn the gas on you need to do a half-turn on the gas cylinder top - the instructions are below

 

• Please take matches for the gas hub as the gas lighter we provide tends to go missing - Also take a tea towel, kitchen roll, and toilet paper just in case the facilities run short

 

• We recommend cleaning the hut when you arrive and when you leave to ensure health and safety. I have provided cleaning materials - all we ask is for you to respect the hut and leave it in a clean, neat and tidy state at the end of your stay. PLEASE ALWAYS WASH UP AND TIDY WHEN YOU LEAVE.

 

• If you break anything please tell us or if you find anything broken let us know so we can replace it
